Sometimes, you may experience results that are not in line with your inputs, or the AI may not be giving you any results at all. Our AI is very smart, but it's not perfect.

You may want to follow the steps below to troubleshoot your problem.

Check your language

The Ai works in many languages – however, our user interface only supports English at the moment. If you chose the wrong language, the AI may not be interpreting your inputs correctly. Try changing the language from the dropdown menu.:

Check your connection

If the AI is behaving unexpectedly, check that your connection is working fine. If you suddenly disconnected from the internet, the AI generation process may have been interrupted, causing odd or no results.

Try again

If you don't like the first result that you're getting, simply try again a few times. Sometimes the AI may just mess things up a bit – it's in its nature.

Refresh the page / Quit your browser

You may want to try refreshing Adflow's page from time to time. This process basically reboots the AI (Note that all unsaved inputs will be lost if you haven't saved them).

You can also try quitting your browser and opening it up again. This may free some bad memory that is causing the system to misbehave.

Rewrite your brief

Adflow can accept many types of briefs in all the languages it supports. However, you may sometimes get better results by rewriting your brief with different word choices and sentence structure. Make sure you are descriptive and specific.

When this is done, try running the AI again.

Switch between basic and advanced mode

Some of Adflow's AI tools may accept advanced inputs. If you're having issues getting the results you wanted, try switching from basic to advanced or viceversa. It's possible the AI may have some trouble understanding your brief. Try combining a different range of inputs and running the AI again.

Clear your browser cache

We are constantly rolling out new features to Adflow. Most times, these improvements are automagically applied, but it may happen that data saved by your browser causes these updates misbehave, breaking the AI.

You can test whether the browser cache is the problem by opening Adflow on an incognito window and trying generating content from there. If it works, then your cache may be the problem and we suggest you clear it in order for the AI to work properly again.
